It is nice to get gifts. These gifts are from Nina. She lives in Germany. You can find her blog here.

Hän oli piirtänyt kauniin kortin, jossa oli iloinen pingviini. Sain ohjeet, että saan avata kauniin kangaspussin joulukuun alussa ja muut lahjat myöhemmin.

She had drawn a beautiful card with a happy penguin. I was told to open the canvas bag in the beginning on Decemberand the rest of the gift later.

Pussissa oli suklaata ja pienikokoinen adventtikalenteri. En muista maininneeni hänelle milloinkaan, että RAKASTAN SUKLAATA. Suklaa on minun tapauksessani vastaus kaikkeen. Mikä hyvänsä kysymys sitten lieneekin.

There were a tasty assortment of chocolates and a small advent calendar in the bag. I don´t remember, if I have told her some time that I LOVE CHOCOLATE. In my case chocolate is the answer for everything. Who cares what the question is.

Adventtikalenteri on erityisen kaunis. Oli mukava avata luukkuja päivittäin 24 päivän ajan.

The advent calendar was very beautiful. It was so nice to open a door day by day for 24 days.

 Nämä paketit avasin jouluaattona. Nina oli paketoinut lajitelman herkullisia suklaita ja 3 muuta pakettia.

These gifts I unwrapped in the Christmas evening. There were more delicious chocolates and 3 other gifts left.

Tavarat oli pakattu kauniisti!

They were in beautiful boxes.

Punaisessa rasiassa oli tarjotin, jolla oli teeastiasto yhdelle henkilölle. Lautasella oli nallepipari ja tarjottimella oli vaahteran lehdellä valkosuklaamakeinen.

Tämä on ihana lahja ja se on hyvä lisä kokoelmaani! Tykkään sinisestä väristä.

In a red box there was a tray with a tea set for one person. On the plate there was a gingerbread teddy. There was also a white chocolate ball on the tray. I love this gift very much. It is a great addition to my collection! I like the blue colour.

Nina oli tehnyt muutamia kurpitsoita. Ne ovat hyvin erilaisia verrattuna Iivarin kurpitsoihin. Niillä on kasvojen ilmeet.

Nina had made some pumpkins. They differ from Iivari´s pumpkins very much. They have facial features.

Sain myös italialaisen laventelisaippuan, jonka tuoksu oli viehättävä. Saippuan ympärillä on kaunis jouluinen paperi.

I got also a bar of an Italian lavender soap. The odor of the soap was charming  The soap was wrapped with a beautiful paper.

Lahjoja Gifts

Tykkään tavaravaihdoista, kuten olen jo aikaisemmin kertonut. Sain jo viikkoja sitten Japanista Soyokolta paketin, jossa oli herkkä kortti sekä puuvillakankaita iso määrä.

I like to swap miniatures with my friends, as I told you already. I got many weeks ago a parcel from Soyoko from Japan. I got a delicate card and beautiful cotton fabrics from her.

 Olin toivonut häneltä puuvillakankaita, joista voin ommella nuken vaatteita. Ihania! Tykkään kovasti näistä.

I had wished cotton fabrics from her. I could sew clothes for my dolls. The fabrics are lovely! I like them very much.

Kauniita kankaita.Ne ovat täydellisiä nukeilleni.   Paljon kiitoksia Soyoko!

 Minä lähetin hänelle silkki-villalankoja ja hiilikuitu neulepuikot,kokoa 1 mm. Kirjoin hänelle myös kirjontakoneella kortin, mutta en huomannut valokuvata sitä.

I sent her silkwoolthreads and carbon fiber knitting needles, size 1 mm. I embroidered her also a Christmas card, but I did not photograph it.
